This is my first time in Aguascalientes and I don’t think that I could have picked a better time to visit. I came to Aguascalientes because I wanted to see what the San Marcos National Fair was all about. I read that it was supposed to be one of the most authentically Mexican festivals, and since I love Mexico, there was no way I could miss it. I expected to go to organized events at theatres, arenas and museums, but it turns out that although these organized events do exist, most of the fun is happening right in the streets. As a matter of fact there is so much entertainment, art, food and partying going on right outside my hostel door, I don’t even have to leave the street. Check out this little video of the action outside my hostel. This is only the first of many video posts to come as I make my way across Mexico and Central America.
