Hotel on Lake Pichhola, Udaipur (Rajasthan, India)
Today’s photo of the day was taken in Udaipur, India – also know as the City of Lakes. Of all of the cities that I visited while on my 1-month trip across India, Udaipur in the state of Rajasthan was probably my overall favorite. Many call Udaipur the Venice of east. Although there aren’t waterways for streets like in Venice, the city does revolve around its lakes and posses a certain romantic charm that can be felt the moment you arrive.
